Select Add New Portfolio Entry at the bottom left of the screen. Add New Certification is to log any SBEC certifications but not required by Quinlan ISD.

Use this entry type for all workshops, conferences, Region 10 trainings, seminars, GT updates, etc. Use this entry type for any college course work that has been approved for PD hours by curriculum director.

Entry Title Enter the title for the workshop/conference/training as it appeared when you registered or as it is stated on your certificate of completion. No description is needed. Click Next. Entry Start Date Enter the date and beginning time for the professional development attended. Click Next. Entry End Date Enter the date and ending time for the professional development attended. If a one day training, then date will match start date. Click Next. District Credit Select Yes to receive professional development credit and click Next.

The comments section will only be seen by credit reviewer and used for additional clarification on a credit request. Click Next. Submit Request for Credit Select At a later time, after I modify the entry. Click Next. Click Finish. Now re-select your entry from your list to add your certificate or reflection form.

Click on the Notes tab to attach your document.

On the Notes tab, click on the

icon at the end of the Portfolio File Attachments line.

Click Choose File and locate your saved certificate or completed reflection form on your computer. Then click Attach File.

You should now see your document attached to the entry.

Your entry is now pending approval from district level staff. Once your entry is approved, you will receive an email from Eduphoria. Be sure to check your list of Professional Development Events and ensure that all events have been approved. Any notes from approvers are listed at the end of the entry title.
