WebEx Video Player Install Instructions If you are attempting to watch a WebEx video there will be a one-time install of the WebEx player that you will need to complete before you are able to view the video. It is recommended that you use Google Chrome to watch WebEx videos rather than Internet Explorer as WebEx functions better in Chrome.

Google Chrome (2-Step Install) Step 1: When you click on the WebEx video link in Google Chrome the following message will appear

Click on the button to add the WebEx extension to Chrome.

Step 2: After you click the button and add the extension, the following message will appear

Click on “Run” to install the WebEx player. After it installs the player the WebEx video should start playing automatically. This process will only need to be completed the first time you attempt to play a WebEx video file.

Internet Explorer (1-Step Install) When you click on the WebEx video link the following message will appear

Click on “Allow” in the message box at the bottom of the screen, then click “Install” in the message box that will appear. After the installation the WebEx video will start to play automatically.
