Video Editing with Splice

5. Tap SD

1. Start the Splice App 6. Tap Done 7. Tap Title

2. Tap the + sign to begin a new project

8. Tap the blank slide. Enter in a title for your video. 9. Tap Done in the top right corner 10. Tap the + sign in the right corner of the slide

3. Enter a title for your project and tap Done

11. Tap Video / Photo

12. Tap Camera Roll 4. Tap the HD / SD setting.

13. Tap on the clip/pic to add. A checkmark will appear on it.

14. Repeat steps 11-13 to add all the clips or pictures you want.

20. While video is rendering, DO NOT tap or press buttons on the iPod !

15. To edit or trim a clip, tap the pencil icon under the clip (when the clip is in the center )

21. When you see the completed screen: 16. Select any of the following editing tools

press the home button on the iPod

Trim clip speed

crop copy pictures

delete

22. Tap Photos (sunflower) to view your movie

17. When completed, tap Preview

18. If you are done with the video, tap Export

23. If you are asked to email the movie to your teacher , tap the send button

19. Select Medium quality

24. Put your name or your group’s name in the subject line of the email.
