We wish to reserve_______feet frontage space (8’ minimum) @ $12 per foot. Add $20 if you want us to skirt your table in blue plastic___. No thanks I am bringing my own skirting____. My cheque for _____________is enclosed. To pay with Credit Card-call 250-352-0428. 100% payment is required now. A 50% refund will be allowed on cancellations before Feb 2, 2017. We agree to the following: There is to be no sub-letting of any portion of the contracted area. o Dealers Name to be prominently displayed. Displays must not obstruct other dealers. o All (retail) prices are to be clearly marked on all items for sale. o No person is permitted to solicit, sell or promote their product without a valid contract. o Material for sale must be lapidary related. o In fairness to the paying public, keep your booth open/stocked/manned until close time. Preference will be given to Associate Members of the Gem & Mineral Federation of Canada. Space will be allotted on a first contract rec’d - first served basis.

Dealer displays must be in place by 8:00pm on Friday. Set up times are 9:00 am-8:00 pm on Friday.
