      Proposal for CM Services – Troy City School District – Infrastructure Upgrade Capital Project      Services to mirror previous project – Known as "Doyle Middle School Reconstruction Project"    Work to include: (as per previous contract @ TMS)   Preconstruction services    Estimating as required    Construction services    Closeout of all Contracts   Collection of Warranties   Final Lien Releases and Affidavits    Lump Sum Prices for management of work noted in Mosaic’s Preliminary Draft document dated  8‐17‐16.                    $1,154,800.00     Reimbursables:           Not to exceed*      $     10,000.00    Total CM Services Contract Amount……………………………………………………………………...$1,164,800.00    *It is not anticipated there will not be many reimbursable expenses. Any costs to be charged to  reimbursable expenses shall be previously approved in writing by the District. Any expenses for  office space or furniture etc. is anticipated to be provided either by the Owner or incorporated  into one or more of the Prime contract (s) as required.   It is further assumed the District will be able to locate space in one or more of the buildings for  CM office use. If not, UW Marx, Inc. will mandate the items be included in the Prime Contractor  specifications.   UW Marx will bring their own phones, computers, and printers as required. Should a  commercial copier be required this will be billed at cost to the Owner.    Sincerely,    Jeff West  V.P. UW Marx, Inc.    cc:file
