Madam/Sir, Tam to invite your kind atten ti on to this office letter no. No. MCI-34(MC) / 2016-17/ 170031, dated: 15/ 02/ 2017, the matter wi th regard to "Vacant seats in th e va rious Medica l Colleges after the last date of admission was .placed before the Monito rin g Sub-Committee at its meeting held on 20/01/2017 and subsequently in Executive Committee meeting dated 25 /01/2017. In order to bring more transperancy and accountability in the admission process, it was decided that 'tile M edical College Authorities should place the complete list of admitted students on the college website . This list should stay on the website, till the time all the students have passed final MBBS and obtained registration with State medical council." The changes to the list if any, in view of decisi on b y regu latory bodies may be incorporated whenever direction to d o so is received and updated list should be made available. A link, labelled as 'A DMISSIONS' should be placed in the Menubar of the 'Home Page' directing the visito r to the page with a tab le detailing the following.

As per the Schedule I Clause B. 1.11, Minimum Standard Requiremen ts for 50,100,150 MBBS Admissions annually Regulations, 1999, MCI-34(41)/2008-Med.j29543, Gazette Notification published on 23/10/2008 the Medical Colleges are supposed to put all the information pertaining to permiss ion/ recognition for various courses on the college w ebsite and update it on a regular basis. Information in the form of . documentary evidence regarding permission / recognition to a Medical College by the Central Govt be u ploaded on the website in the following format. A link, labelled as 'GOVT. APPROVAL' should be placed in the Menu bar of the 'Home Page' directing the visi tor to the page with a table detailing the fo llowing.
