Federationinvites kind attention of the Railway Board to the eorrespondencecited under reference.Federation also invites Board's attention to DoP&T's ID Note No. 1198678/18EstVl1405 dated2noFebruary 2017to the Ministry of Railways (EDPC-II). In this connection,Federationre-iteratesthat the Ministry of Financevide resolutiondated (ParaNo. 11.40.83,ll.4O.I24 of, 25ft July 2016 hadreferredthe 7ft CPC specificrecommendation Zft CfC; to DoP&T for examination.Sadly, the DoP&T has given reply statingthat the revision of pay scalesand pay structure does not come under the administrativedomain of DoP&T and has advisedthe Railway Ministry to consult Departmentof Expenditureof Ministry of Financefor the purpose. NFIR also vide letter dated2611112016 had soughtcopiesof the referencesmadeby the Railway Ministry on the subject but unfortunately till date the copies have not been made available.Federationalso desiresto know the Board's initiative for ensuringimplementationof 7fr CPC recommendation.
