Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for handling issues received from developer community operating on Tally platform and domain. Your background in finance and accounting domain will serve as a strong foundation in understanding the customer requirements. Knowledge in programming skills and concepts will enable you to understand the language/technology and troubleshoot on it.

Responsibilities Include :     

Interacting with stakeholders by phone, e-mail and other media concerning various product issues. Provide hands on support by using remote access facilities. Interact and communicate with various teams to make sure that the stakeholder is serviced Tracking and reporting of relevant desk and individual performance metrics. Capturing and communicating the feedback to relevant internal teams.

Understanding Client Skills Required : You need to be a good communicator and have a command over English language. Good analytical and problem solving skills are a must to perform in a customer oriented environment Qualification Required : Exposure to programming skills and concepts - C/C++, DBMS, Data structure. Knowledge of Object oriented programming, XML, internet protocols is preferred Joining Locations
