COORDINATION MEETING ON EDUCATION FACILITIES IMPLEMENTATION
1. In line with the efforts of the Department of Education to keep track with the implementation of the school facilities, a Coordination Meeting on Education Facilities lmplementatien shall be held on August 4, 2017 and venue will be announce later. 2.
The activity aims to:
a. come up with division and regional updated/consolidated report on the status of school facilities; and
b. resolve relevant issues and concerns. 3. The participants are the Regional and Division Engineers, DepEd Project Engineers, ESSD Chief and staff. 4. This is a live-out activfty without registration fee. Travelling expenses of participants are chargeable against their respective local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5.
