The City Health Department in support to the campaign of the Cabinet Spouses Association in partnership with the Department of Health, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), PAMET and Ricky Reyes call upon the city government to support the launching of "Type ng Bayan", a Blood Typing and Voluntary Blood Donation Activity to be held on 7 May 2017 (Sunday}, S:oo a.m. to 12:oo Noon at QC-X Museum, Quezon City Memorial Circle. This event aims to document and consolidate a blood type database for all Filipinos and ensure safe and ample supply of blood for those in need of transfusion. May I request you to mobilize at least ten (to) persons ages 18 to 65 years old to participate and possible donors. Attached is the template for master listing to be submitted to the Department of Health on or before 2 May 2017 (Tuesday). Thank you for giving this matter your all-out support and cooperation.
