TWO SNELL & WILMER ATTORNEYS ELECTED TO MARICOPA COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS PHOENIX (October 31, 2016) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix attorney Joy Isaacs and policy advisor Amanda Reeve have been elected to the Maricopa County Bar Association (MCBA) Board of Directors. Since its founding in 1914, the MCBA has been the largest voluntary bar association in Arizona. Located in Phoenix, one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the nation, MCBA is where the legal community connects. Through its continuing legal education (CLE) programs, social events and charitable activities, MCBA provides a venue for professional growth, networking and public service to the county’s diverse legal community. At Snell & Wilmer, Isaacs focuses her practice on healthcare and commercial litigation, with experience in medical malpractice defense, political and constitutional issues, and commercial and business torts. She is a member of the firm’s Attorney Development Committee and Mentoring Subcommittee. Isaacs earned both her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Kansas and was recently nominated for the American Bar Association National Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. Reeve’s recent experience serving in the Arizona House of Representatives ideally positions her as a key member of Snell & Wilmer's environmental and natural resources team. Amanda provides public policy services to clients through stakeholder identification and organization, the regulatory process and reform, and the legislative process. She is well known for her ability to develop public policy and craft bipartisan support to advance bills of significant importance to Arizona businesses.
