II- II- Your objective with the application M4-Individual Performance The use of this application is possible only if your structure already has a customer account Riskosoft and if module M1 and M3 was already used by persons in charge of your company. By using this application you go to download regularly your bulletin of performance, to inform you about your individual performance, within the framework of the cost Savings in your structure. The application also allows you to have an analysis on your personal contribution, in terms of generated savings, and the part of variable bonus which returns to you according to the efforts supplied for every week. III- How does it work? 1-

To Create your user account Riskosoft:

Click on the link "Create your account Riskosoft" and enter your user profile in the web form Riskosoft

Important : -

In the question “Is someone in your company already uses our services? “ You owe indicate “yes” and add “the customer code” of your company (example: " yes - customer Code: 00101ab). To know your customer code, you have to contact the person in charge of your line of activity or the person in charge of your company.

In the question " Select the application which you want use ", you owe select the application " M4-Individual Performance "

When your demand is sent, the IT service Riskosoft, will send you a few minutes later by e-mail the following confidential information: -

When your account was created and when your data of connection were then transmitted to you you can you connect to your account Riskosoft to have access to your bulletin of individual performance. This bulletin is available quite end of the week. And you are the only one to have access there. Click the link: "Sign in" and seize your login and confidential password.

When you clicked the link of the application M4, a link with your name appears, by clicking your name you will have access to your bulletin of performance.

Analysis of the global Performance

Objective of global cost saving: The global amount of maximum cost saving which you can realize over a period given ( one week); Realized Savings: The amount representing the real savings which you realized during week; Bonuses projected: The amount of maximum bonus which you can have if you realize the totality of the objectives of cost savings planned (one week) ; Projected savings: The maximum amount of cost saving planned for the finance of your structure, if you realize all your objectives ( one week); Bonuses realized: The real amount of the bonus which your company will pay you, thanks to the supplied efforts; Savings realized: The real amount on behalf of the cost savings which will go to the finance of the company thanks to your performance (one week).

It is a question of analyzing your performance of cost saving thanks to your presence in your job. -

Total time: Your time of absence (period: one week); Total spends: The global amount of expenses paid by your company further to your absence to your job ; The expected savings: The amount global of maximum cost saving which you can realize over a period given, with your presence in your job; The Realized Savings: The amount representing the real savings which you realized during week thanks to your presence in your job. Analysis of your performance according to the indicator: Quality defects

The analysis of the savings of costs realized by your efforts on the quality of your work is made by taking into account costs generated by the following indicators: -

Analysis of your performance according to the indicator: Distance from direct Productivity

The analysis of your performance of cost saving on the direct productivity is made by taking into account following indicators: -

The weekly projected time: For example, over a week it is planned that you realize your mission over a period of 35 hours The got back actual time: For example, over a week you had 35 hours to realize your mission and you managed to realize it in 34 hours, you so saved the 1 hour which you dedicated to another task. Planned expenses of operations: It is the amount that your company put your arrangement to realize your mission over a given period. Expenses of operations saved: Represent the balance of the amount provided you with to realize your mission.
