เราได้ปรับประมาณการกาไรปี 2561 เพื่อให้สะท้อน ข้อมูลผลการดาเนินงานปี 2560 และเป้ าหมายของบริ ษทั ปี 2561 ซึ่ งทาให้ประมาณการปี 2561 ลดลงจากเดิมที่ คาดว่าจะมีผลขาดทุนจากการดาเนิ นงานปกติ (ยังไม่รวม รายการพิเศษ) 1.6 พันล้านบาท เป็ นขาดทุนปกติ 3.9 พันล้านบาท แต่บริ ษทั จะสามารถมีกาไรสุ ทธิในปี 2561 ได้สูงถึง 2.6 หมื่นล้านบาท เพราะจะรับรู ้กาไรพิเศษ ประมาณ 3 หมื่นล้านบาทจากการขายสิ นทรัพย์ (ก้อนที่ 2) ออกไปให้ DIF ในช่วงกลางปี ภายใต้ประมาณการ ใหม่ ราคาเป้ าหมายของ TRUE (DCF, WACC ที่ 8.7%) ลดลงจาก 7.90 บาท เหลือ 7.40 บาทซึ่ งเหลือ upside จาก ราคาตลาดอีกแค่ 5% ดังนั้น เราจึงยังคงคาแนะนา “ถือ” Trading data Mkt cap (Btbn/US$mn)

Event ปรับประมาณการกาไรปี 2561 lmpact คาดว่ าจะยังคงมีผลขาดทุนจากธุรกิจหลักในปี 2561-62 ถึงแม้วา่ ยอดผูใ้ ช้บริ การมือถือของ True Move H ในปี 2560 เพิ่มขึ้นสุทธิ มากกว่าคู่แข่ง และส่ วนแบ่ง ตลาดของ True Move H ขยับขึ้นมาเป็ นอันดับสอง แต่แนวโน้มผลการดาเนิ นงานจากธุรกิจหลักของ TRUE ในปี 2561-62 ก็ยงั ไม่สดใส โดยเราคาดว่าบริ ษทั จะยังคงมีผลขาดทุนจากธุรกิจหลักต่อเนื่องในปี 2561-62 เพราะรายได้ที่เพิ่มขึ้นตามจานวนผูใ้ ช้บริ การที่เพิ่มขึ้นจะถูกหักล้างโดย i) ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านการเช่า ที่คาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่ 2H61 เป็ นต้นไป เนื่องจาก TRUE คาดว่าจะขายสิ นทรัพย์กอ้ นที่ 2 ออกไป ให้กบั กองทุนรวมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานโทรคมนาคม ดิจิทลั (DIF) ในช่วงกลางปี 2561 และ ii) คาดว่าค่า เสื่ อมราคา และค่าตัดจาหน่ ายจะเพิ่มขึ้นเนื่ องจากบริ ษทั ตั้งเป้ าใช้งบลงทุนในระดับสู งเหมือนกับปี 2560 ที่ 4.5 หมื่นล้านบาท ปรับลดผลการดาเนินงานจากธุรกิจหลักในปี 2561 แต่ รายการพิเศษจะช่ วยหนุนกาไรสุ ทธิ เราได้ปรับประมาณการกาไรปี 2561 เพื่อสะท้อนผลการดาเนินงานปี 2560 โดย i) ปรับประมาณการ รายได้เพิ่มขึ้นอีก 7% ตาม ARPU ที่เพิ่มขึ้น ii) ปรับเพิ่ม COG ขึ้นอีก 5% เนื่ องจากเรารวมต้นทุนค่าเช่า สิ นทรัพย์กลับจาก DIF ตั้งแต่กลาง 2H61 เป็ นต้นไป และเพิ่มประมาณการค่าเสื่ อมราคาเพื่อให้สอดคล้อง กับแผนลงทุนที่บริ ษทั ตั้งเป้ าเอาไว้ในระดับสู งในปี 2561 และ ii) ปรับเพิ่มสัดส่วน SG&A/ยอดขายขึ้น อีก 2.3% โดยหลังการปรับสมมติฐานต่างๆ แล้วทาให้ประมาณการปี 2561 ลดลงจากที่คาดว่าจะมีผล ขาดทุนปกติ 1.6 พันล้านบาท เป็ นมีผลขาดทุนปกติ 3.9 พันล้านบาท แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เนื่ องจากเราคาดว่า บริ ษทั จะรับรู ้กาไรพิเศษประมาณ 3 หมื่นล้านบาทจากการขายสิ นทรัพย์ (ก้อนที่ 2) ออกไปให้กองทุน DIF ดังนั้น เราจึงคาดว่า TRUE จะมีกาไรสุทธิ ในปี 2561 อยูท่ ี่ 2.6 หมื่นล้านบาท (+1030% YoY) มีปัจจัยกระตุ้นด้ านบวกในระยะสั้นจากหน่ วยงานกากับดูแล มีปัจจัยบวกสาหรับ ADVANC และ TRUE จาก i) การเปิ ดประมูลคลื่นใหม่มีแนวโน้มล่าช้าจากกาหนด เดิม ซึ่ งจะทาให้การลงทุนเพิ่มเพื่อรองรับคลื่นใหม่ สามารถเลื่อนออกไปได้ ii) การชาระค่าใบอนุญาตใช้ คลื่น 900 MHz งวดสุดท้ายที่ ADVANC และ TRUE ต้องจ่ายใบละประมาณ 6 หมื่นล้านบาทในปี 2562 อาจจะสามารถทยอยแบ่งจ่ายเป็ น 5 งวดภายในระยะเวลาห้าปี ตามข้อเสนอของ กสทช. ที่คาดว่าจะ นาเสนอรัฐบาลภายในมีนาคม 2561 ทั้งนี้ เรายังไม่ได้รวมคลื่นใหม่เข้าไว้ในประมาณการของเรา และ การทยอยจ่ายค่าใบอนุญาตคลื่น 900MHz ซึ่งคาดจะทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายของ TRUE เพิ่มได้อีก 0.30 บาท Valuation and action จากการปรับประมาณการใหม่ทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายของ TRUE (DCF, WACC ที่ 8.7%) ลดลงจาก 7.90 บาท เหลือ 7.40 บาท เรายังคงคาแนะนาถือ TRUE เนื่องจาก i) คาดว่าบริ ษทั จะมีผลขาดทุนจากธุรกิจ หลักในปี 2561-62 ii) เหลือ upside จากราคาตลาดอีกแค่ 5% Risks การแข่ งขันรุนแรง, ต้ นทุนและค่ าใช้ จ่ายสู งเกินคาด Key financials and valuations
