Secretary’s Corner Peter S. Jensen, P.M. [email protected] 703-989-3368   Good day Brethren,   Spring is here and as I write this note it is 39 degrees out. Mother Nature has her own schedule and does not always agree with our calendar but along with that comes being light out a bit later each night which hopefully will bring back those Brothers who are not comfortable driving after dark. One thing you can count on, if you come out and want to get back home by dark, Worshipful Mike will excuse you early. No problem whatsoever, we would be happy to see you and spend some time with you. One other thing to keep in mind, if you need assistance getting to the Lodge, send a note to Worshipful Mike and we can see what we can do. For those of you who have not taken a further step in your Masonic Education, coming up the last two Saturdays in April is the Scottish Rite Spring Reunion where you can receive 29 additional degrees (Chapters) in your educational journey. We can take your petition up through the 23rd of April. During the reunion, the 20th degree is one put on by THE Henry Boyz, we have been doing this degree as a Lodge for years and it is one of the finest productions out there…… Worshipful Chris is the degree master and is always looking for Brothers to get involved as cast members. Come out to your Lodge and enjoy fellowship, education and fun!! Brethren - Dues: There are a number of you who have not remitted your 2016 dues ($212.00) and those who also owe 2015 ($211.00) in addition. Please send your dues in as soon as possible. I will be sending personal notices (second mailing) to those of you who fall in the category/s above. Lastly, if you donate the gift of life (Blood) anytime this year, please let me know as we will keep track of the amounts so we can qualify for the Levy Award. See you in Lodge! S&F Pete
