Support your community by attending Town Meeting (while your children have fun at CC!) TO REGISTER: Space is limited; Pre-registration is required. Spots will not be guaranteed after Feb. 24th. Please return registration in your child’s home-school folder OR drop off/mail to Community Connections at Rumney by Friday, February 24rd to reserve your spot! Any inquiries after Feb. 24th should go to email, as school is closed after this for the Feb. break* DATE/TIME: Tuesday, March 7th 2017. 4:00-End of Town Meeting OR 7:00 PM - whichever comes first! NOTE: Once Town Meeting has ended, please pick up your children before you mingle and have snacks/dinner. Our staff (headed by Eliza Grace) for this event is school personnel and teens who need to be up early for school the next day, and we appreciate your help getting them home as early as possible! FEE: $10 - $20 per child (sliding scale for 3hrs. of childcare...a great deal!) * This fee helps us cover the cost of offering childcare during Town Meeting. In an effort to help make it possible for every Middlesex family to attend Town Meeting, we are keeping the fee as low as possible. DINNER: Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser (optional) - $3/child All proceeds go to the Middlesex Food Shelf. Includes spaghetti with sauce, salad, dessert, and a drink! Gluten free and vegetarian options are available - please let us know when you sign up. Please mark the “YES” box and include the $3 donation to sign up. **If you choose not to sign your child(ren) up for dinner, please pack dinner for them to eat while they’re here.** LOCATION: Kids to Rumney Library, Parents to Rumney Gym for Town Meeting. Finally, in support of the fundraiser for the Food Shelf, please bring a can of food to donate!
