Professional Equipment – High ceiling, wood floor, white Nittaku Premium 3-star poly balls (made in Japan), Butterfly & Newgy tables Experienced Tournament Staff – Blake Cottrell, Samson Dubina, Ron Arcaro, Sam & Nancy Dubina and others Format – Events 1-11 are giant round robin events with approximately 7 players per group with 4 advancing from each group. All matches are best 3 out of 5. Events 12-15 are mini round robin events with 3-4 players per group. USATT membership not required for events 12-15. Rules – All USATT regulations apply; only USATT approved equipment; USATT dress code will be enforced – no white clothing. Players cannot enter 2 events with the same starting time. Recreational Singles is for unrated players or players rated under 900. Anyone can play the handicap point event. Payments - Withdrawals through Monday, February12th will receive a refund. No refunds after February 12th. All payments must be received by midnight February 12th. Late entries may be accepted with late fee of $5 based on availability. No phone entries. Players earning $600 or more will be issued a Form 1099 and must provide required information. FREE FOOD! – Saturday lunch and dinner will be provided FREE for all the players! All food brought into and consumed in the playing facility must be vegetarian – no meat allowed except tuna. Ratings – Ratings from 01/01/17 will be used will be used for eligibility. Updated ratings will be used for seeding purposes. Tournament staff may modify, combine, cancel events, and limit total entrants. Unrated players may enter any event but cannot advance from rated events; they can advance from the Open, Open Doubles, Rec Singles, Rec Doubles, and Handicap events and receive prizes. USATT Memberships – USATT memberships are available according to USATT schedule below. All players entering events 1-11 must be either USATT members or purchase a one-time player pass.
