This memorandum serves to provide telephone town hall materials to panel members and support staff in order to adequately prepare for the upcoming Upper Front Range Transportation Planning Region (TPR) meeting scheduled for May 21, 2014 at 7:00 pm (it is recommended you arrive early, no later than 5:30 pm, to attend a panel debrief). The following packet of materials has been developed to inform, assist, and prepare telephone town hall panel members and support staff during meetings. In addition, a Decider Guidance will outline the roles and responsibilities of deciders designated for the telephone town halls, who will assist with prioritizing and providing answers to questions.
