The Rutgers University Newark Department of Political Science seeks applicants for the tenure-track position of Assistant Professor. We seek applicants in fields across the discipline whose work reflects the department’s approach to the study of politics. Of particular interest are specializations in: the politics of inequality and social justice including race, gender, nationality, class, education, sexuality, and ability; migration/immigration, and refugees; the politics of violence, war, revolutions, empire, and their representations; political economy, financial crises, or labor studies.
