ORDERS:-

In the reference 1't & 2"d cited the State Project Director'Andhra Pradesh, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Hyderabad accorded admtnistratlve sanction for 882 ACRS. But as per the reports submitted by thd Dy. EEs, tt is found that 505 ACRS only are feasible for immediate grounding, Vide reference 3'd cited. The State Project Director Andhra Pradesh, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Hyderabad through their Teleconference Dt.20-06-2011 ordered to complete these ACRS within 100 Days. Hence according

to the action plan, the ACRs works are

distributed among Dy. EEs and Site Engineers as detailed below.

The purpose of this distribution is completion of these works within lOO Days as per the bar chart schedule.

Sri P, Vidya sagar Site Engineer is directed o take up the ACRs entrusted by Dy. EE Parchur, in addition to the other KGBV Works already entrusted in other sub Divisions.

Sri P, Venkateswaralu Dy. Executive Enoineer fFAC) All other Site Engineers will have to work under their Dy. Executive Engineer as usual. Major Repair works are entrusted to concerned Dy. EEs as per their jurisdiction. The Dy. Executive Engineers should distribute each work to their Site Engineer ranging from 18 to 25 ACRS to each Site Engineer, according to the Geographicai

conditions. The Dy. Executive Engineer & Site Engineers should strictly abid€ by

the bar chart schedule. Any deviation will be viewed serious y. Bar chart schedule:-
