PLAT ผลประกอบการของบริษัท กําไรสุทธิออกมาดีกว=าคาดมาอยู=ที่ 179 ล;านบาท โดยเพิ่มขึ้น ลักษณะธุรกิจ 8.22% QoQ และ 12.70% YoY จาก 1) ส=วนของโรงแรมที่มีรายได;ที่เพิ่มขึ้น 10.6% QoQ และ พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย3เพื่อให;เช=าและธุรกิจโรงแรม ประกอบด;วย 1. โครงการศูนย3แฟชั่นค;าส=ง เดอะ แพลทินัม แฟชั่นมอลล3 ซึ่งบริษัทฯเปSน การควบคุมค=าใช;จ=ายอย=างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดย GPM เพิ่มขึ้นมาที่ 51% จาก 47% ใน เจ;าของพื้นที่ชั้น 3$6 และชั้น 11 รวมถึงพื้นที่จอดรถบางส=วน 2.โครงการ 2Q59 2) รายได; ค= า เช= า เติ บ โตขึ้ น 4.2% QoQ จากการปรั บ ขึ้ น ค= า เช= า ตามสั ญ ญาและการ เดอะ วอร3ฟ สมุย ซึ่งบริษัทฯเช=าบริหารโครงการเปSนระยะเวลานาน 10 ปV แพลทินัม ประตูน้ํา ปรับเปลี่ยนพื้นที่ร;านอาหารบางส=วนเปSนพื้นที่เช=า อีกทั้งการทําสัญญาเช=าเหมาพื้นที่ส=วนกลาง จากบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข;อง 3.โรงแรม โนโวเทล กรุงเทพSource: Company data และพื้นที่โฆษณามาบริหารทําให;บริษัทมีรายได;ที่เพิ่มขึ้น TALAD NEON บริ ษั ท มี โ ครงการที่ จะทํ า ตลาดนัด กลางคืน หรื อ TALAD NEON เปz ด ทุกวัน พฤหัสบดี ถึงวันอาทิตย3 เวลา 16.00 – 24.00 โดยมีเนื้อที่ทั้งหมดประมาณ 10 ไร= และพื้นที่ให; เช= า อี ก 5,626 ตารางเมตร ร; า นทั้ ง หมด 901 ร; า น โดยประกอบด; ว ย Tent, Truck และ Container และค=าเช=าจะแยกเปSน Tent 300$350 บาท/วัน,Truck 1,000 บาท/วัน,Container 2,000$3,000 บาท/วัน ซึ่งจะเปzดให;บริการในเดือนธันวาคมนี้ ประมาณการรายได;ในโครงการนี้ อยู=ที่ 70 ล;านบาทต=อปV อัตราเช=าพื้นที่อยู=ที่ประมาณ 70$80% การตอบรับในการเข;าเช=าพื้นที่ ค=อนข;างดี โดยโครงการนี้ยังคงมีอัพไซต3ให;พัฒนาได;อีกมาก ซึ่งเปSนบวกต=อประมาณการของเรา คาดกําไรปZ 2559 เพิ่มขึ้น 6.9% เราคาดการณ3เกี่ยวกับผลประกอบการณ3ของบริษัทในปVนี้จะมี กําไรสุทธิอยู=ที่ 673 ล;านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 6.9% YoY จากกลยุทธ3ต=างๆของบริษัทในการเพิ่มผล ประกอบการของบริษัทซึ่งเห็นได;ชัดว=าสามารถทําได;อย=างดีมาก ส=วนในปVหน;าคาดว=าโตเล็กน;อยที่ 691 ล;านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 2.7% YoY จากการปรับขึ้นค=าเช= า ตามปกติของ Platinum Fashion Mall และ ค=าพักต=อคืนที่เติบโตได;อย=างต=อเนื่อง โดยยังไม=ได; รวมโครงการ TALAD NEON เข;ามาในประมาณการ โครงการตUางๆในอนาคตยังคงเปaนไปตามแผน โครงการ The Market ดําเนินงานเปSนไปตาม แผน โดยสร;างฐานล=างเสร็จเรียบร;อยแล;วคาดการณ3เสร็จใน 4Q61 รวมทั้งโครงการ Bangkok Skyline คาดเสร็จใน 1Q60 โดยป•จจุบันมีผู;ใช;บริการทั้งหมด 4$5 หมื่นคนต=อวัน ซึ่งมีคนเข;ามา ในศูนย3การค;าประมาณ 10$12% ของผู;ใช;บริการ คงคําแนะนํา “ซื้อ” ปรับราคาเหมาะสมขึ้นของ PLAT ไวeที่ 7.85 บาท ยังคงเปSนหุ;นที่มี พื้นฐานที่แข็งแกร=งและมีการเติบโตในอนาคตที่น=าสนใจ ประมาณการราคาเหมาะสมไว;ที่ 7.85 บาท (DCF : WACC 9.48%, Terminal Growth 2%)
