About The Mad Scene Started by four performance arts lovers in Singapore, particularly in opera, classical music and theatre. Seeing a lack of media resource that covers these genres in-depth, we decided to create one ourselves. Attracted many enthusiasts of these genres since starting on 1 September 2009. Known to feature established stars and up-andcomers in an entertaining yet insightful way, deeply appreciated by both professionals and amatuers alike.
