Broadlands Academy is supporting the Waterloo 200 project which has been set up to remind young people of the importance of the Battle of Waterloo which is considered to be the most important battle in British and world history. As part of the project we will be undertaking, we have been invited to take part in
Well done to 30 students in Year 9 who are studying hard for their Humanities GCSE. Their first and second exams are on Monday 8 June in the afternoon. This will be one hour of History and one hour of Geography. They will have a revision session in the morning to fully prepare and offer final support. They will have an early lunch. The third exam (Christianity and Contemporary Lifestyles) is at 9am on Friday 12 June. We are all very impressed with the focus and determination they are tackling this GCSE with and wish them Good Luck.
