SAINT CHRISTOPHER AND NEVIS No. 29 of 2009 AN ACT to amend the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College Act, No. 9 of 2008. [Published 26th November 2009, Official Gazette No. 53 of 2009.] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly of Saint Christopher and Nevis, and by the authority of the same as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (Amendment) Act, 2009.
Short title.
2. In this Act, “Act” means the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College Act, No. 9 of 2008.
Interpretation.

Amendment of section 1.
The Act is amended in section 1 by replacing the section as “1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College Act, 2008. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by Order, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different sections of this Act to come into force.”.
