By making this purchase you agree to the following terms and conditions: General • Blue Scott Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”) reserves the right to service and to change terms of service as deemed fit • The Company cannot guarantee availability of slots due to increasing demand and company requirements that might require us to block time slots • Payment for annual subscription plans needs to be made upfront and in full • Cancellation by Customer - each customer gets three free cancellations, no questions asked. However, each cancellation thereafter without 3 business hours’ notice will result in a 3 day deduction from the plan (annual home subscription users) or a Rs.500 cancellation fee (business clients, other home clients) • Cancellation by company – if the company needs to cancel a session with a customer due to unforeseen circumstances, it will make every effort to inform the customer at the soonest. In addition, the company will extend home subscription plan duration by 7 business days for “ultimate” plans and 3 business days for all other home/business subscription plans • Technical services related to software and devices aren’t included in the price of the subscription plans & the company doesn’t guarantee the ability to solve all technical issues • The company may use third party vendors for some service offerings & will do so only after confirming with the customer. The company isn’t liable for any claims arising in the case of services provided by third party vendors. • Any disputes subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Annual Home Subscription • One ‘Annual Home Subscription’ plan covers a maximum of 4 family members living in 1 household (family members on the plan aren’t interchangeable during the course of the year). Please refer to your invoice for number of members covered in your plan • Annual Home Subscription plans are limited to 365 days of service from the date of purchase • Service is limited to 1 hour/household on any given day based on the availability of slots on the day (except in case of ultimate subscriptions where 1 hour slots are locked-in for the year) • For “Ultimate” subscriptions, the company agrees to lock-in 1 or 2 time slots for customers at the beginning of the year. The time slots that we lock-in for need to be mutually agreed upon by the customer and the company, we cannot guarantee giving the customer a timeslot that they request for. While time slots are locked in, the company does not lock-in the same expert to service these plans. Customers can request a change in the lock-in slots a maximum of 2 times during the subscription period. • Fair Usage – in order to ensure fair availability of service for all users, the company will not make more than ten visits per household per month • Customers can only book one session at a time (this does not apply to “Ultimate” plan members in the case of their locked-in time slots for the year) • Ultimate subscriptions session roll-over – the company will accommodate 5 or 10 slots within the subscription duration for a customer based on whether they’re on a 1 or 2 slot lock-in plan in case they will be unable to make a lock-in session and notify the company with at least 2 business day notice. Beyond the 5 or 10 slot accommodation, sessions do not roll over and subscriptions are subject to the 1 hour service limit/household/day and fair usage policy.

This is a plan designed for home use only, for any commercial use you will need to sign up for a business plan. The company helps train our customers and acts as their knowledge partner in defined areas. No job work or task completion other than educational in nature will be entertained in these plans. The Company does not guarantee training on new software/ programs/applications in order to fulfil customer requests Upgrading a plan – customers are entitled to upgrade plans at any time during their subscription. They will need to pay an upgrade fee of Rs.2999 and the difference between their original plan purchase price and the price of the plan they are upgrading to on the date of purchase. In case of an upgrade the plan validity does not extend, the plan remains active from the date of the first purchase of the first subscription.

Business Clients Billing structure will be followed based on the conditions set at the time of each contract renewal Business plans are designed at a branch level. If a company has multiple branches in a city, each branch will need to sign up for a separate Business Subscription Plan.

Product Purchase The Company is solely a trader of products. The Company does not manufacture products or have direct tie-ups with manufacturers. If the customer faces any issue with a product, they will need to contact the manufacturer directly and follow the resolution procedure as determined by the manufacturer. The Company does not accept product returns
