Term 4 Week 5
Message from the Principal Over the course of the last few weeks Mr Martin has been testing our year four students as per the School of Instrumental Music process to enable expressions of interest to be sent home to selected students. Letters for those students will be sent home today. If your child does not receive a letter they have missed out in this instance. Depending on the responses to the letters sent home today there may be one or two places that become available and Mr Martin will refer back to the testing completed to go to the next person on the list. In addition two of our year four students will receive a PEAC 2018 letter today based on the PEAC testing completed earlier this year. PEAC is highly competitive and we are always amazed that we don’t have more of our students that receive a letter, so high commendation to the two students that ‘made the grade’.

Enjoy the weather before it gets too hot. Our students certainly are on our newest additions to the Nature playground that were passed by KidSafe on the weekend. Thank you so much to the small group of P&C parents that continue to make amazing spaces for our children! Yours Sincerely Lee Bates
Room 9 Assembly After watching the Disney movie and reading the book Aladdin, the room 9 year 2 students were asked to retell the story in their own words. Their re-invented story was video recorded and then acted out on stage. The children had so much fun learning about the magical land of Agrabah and recreating it on stage in a musical style.
