Retail Management Intern:
The Education Partnership (TEP) is dedicated to addressing educational inequities in southwestern PA by providing and enabling access to the tools and resources necessary to support teachers and enhance a student’s ability to learn and succeed. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers works in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative office and warehouse space with a clear focus on helping kids in need. Retail Management Intern will assist with the following duties:
Assist with Teacher Resource Center management Assist Partner School Teachers with registration, check-in and check-out Assist in developing communications for Partner Schools Record data in Salesforce.com Create, print and manage daily shopping reports Assist in designing creative product displays and signage Assist in file and record management Assist with inventory and cycle counts Restock product/ tidy store Assist with volunteer management and facility tours Other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates Will:
Possess superior verbal and written communication skills Possess the ability to learn and use Salesforce.com our online CRM database (Valuable transferable training in Salesforce; guidance to certification available) Possess superior attention to detail, realizing accuracy is key to our entire mission Be team oriented Possess program management and problem solving skills Possess strong MS Office skills
