to conduct

etc., to all CRPs, MandaI and District MIS

Educational officers and District Project Sectoral Officers on 23.5.2013 between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. Therefore, you are informed to make necessary arrangements

to conduct

Teleconferencing Programme for the above participants. In this regard identify one center incharge for monitoring the programme in 5 to 6 centers and also permitted to hire generator for the Teleconferencing programme as per norms given earlier. The information

shall be given to participants

well in advance

for attending

the

programme. The State Project Director will addres}~CRPs, MIS Coordinators, MEOs and Sectoral Officers. The agenda of the programme

is enclosed here with. TA and DA to the

participants may be paid as per Teleconferencing norms given earlier. This has got the approval of the State Project Director.
