Parent Consent Form for Google Apps for Education  ____Yes. My child may have a Valdosta City Schools’ Google Apps for Education account  and use Google Apps in the classroom as assigned and supervised by the teacher.  ____No. I do not want my child to use Google Apps for academic purposes.
