TEACHER​ ​PROFESSIONAL​ ​PERFORMANCE​ ​EVALUATION Background Principals​ ​are​ ​required​ ​to​ ​complete​ ​teacher​ ​evaluations​ ​in​ ​keeping​ ​with​ ​the​ ​procedures​ ​of​ ​the district​ ​and​ ​using​ ​the​ ​prescribed​ ​forms​ ​found​ ​on​ ​the​ ​intranet>Our​ ​Services>Human Resources>Documents​ ​Certificated​ ​Staff>Evaluation​ ​Forms. Procedures 1. Principals​ ​are​ ​to​ ​implement​ ​the​ ​principles​ ​and​ ​procedures​ ​contained​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Teacher Professional​ ​Growth​ ​Plan,​ ​Supervision​ ​&​ ​Performance​ ​Evaluation​ ​documents​ ​found​ ​on​ ​the intranet>Our​ ​Services>Human​ ​Resources>Documents​ ​Certificated​ ​Staff>Evaluation​ ​Forms. 2.
