Sustainability Fair 2017 EXHIBITOR APPLICATION The Corvallis Sustainability Coalition is sponsoring it annual Sustainability Fair at the CH2MHill Alumni Center on the OSU campus on Thursday, March 9, just prior to Sustainability Town Hall 2017. Our goal is to provide tabling opportunities to Coalition partners to share information about their organizations and to provide hands-on learning activities. This exhibit opportunity is for partners only. We welcome informative, hands-on exhibits that educate and excite attendees about how they can make a difference in our community. We have limited space, so tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The application and exhibitor fee are due by February 15, 2017. Fee & Hours Exhibitor fees for non-profits are $35.00 for half table (4’ x 3’) or $70.00 for a full table (8’ x 3’). Fees for businesses are $50.00 for half table (4’ x 3’) or $100.00 for full table (8’ x 3’). If your display requires floor space or exceeds the 8’ X 3’ maximum size, please contact
[email protected] to discuss additional pricing and set-up options. Exhibitor fees help to support event costs. Additional donations are welcome! The event hours are: 5:00 – 7:00 pm 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Sustainability Fair Town Hall Meeting
Exhibit Setup/Power/Internet Connection Exhibitors may set up their booths anytime between 3:00 and 4:30 pm. Exhibit locations will be assigned. If your booth requires power, you must request that in the application. Please make sure you bring extension cords for your equipment. All extension cords must be grounded (3-prong, UL-approved). Wireless internet is available. Exhibitor - Food/Beverage All food and beverages served and consumed in the CH2M HILL Alumni Center must be provided by a licensed, insured and OSU-approved caterer. Exhibitors may not provide samples of food or beverage items during this event. Exhibitor Signage and Recognition Exhibitors are responsible for providing signs to identify their business/organization. We will post a centrally located sign that lists all exhibitors.
