No.: 0696/2018 To all Members, Sub :Suspension of trading in securities for non-compliance with Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Reg. 55A) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 1996 Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015 with respect to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for suspension and revocation of trading of shares of listed entities for non-compliance of certain regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and non-submission of reconciliation of shares and capital audit report; it is hereby informed that trading in securities of below mentioned companies will be suspended w.e.f. July 17, 2018 on account of non-compliance with Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Reg. 55A) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 1996 for two consecutive quarters i.e. 31-Dec-2017 and 31-Mar-2018. The entire promoter shareholding of the company shall be freezed w.e.f. June 25, 2018 till further notice. Sr. No. 1 2 3

In case, the aforesaid companies complies with respective requirement/s on or before July 11, 2018 (five days before the proposed date of suspension), the trading in securities of the said company will not be suspended. However, in case the companies fail to comply with the provisions of Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Reg. 55A) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 1996 on or before July 11, 2018 then:
Trading in the securities of the companies would be suspended w.e.f. July 17, 2018 and the suspension will continue till such time the companies complies.

15 days after suspension has been effected, trading in the securities of non-compliant companies would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis in (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week for six months.
