To All Members Sub : Suspension of trading in equity shares of S. Kumars Nationwide Limited (SKUMARSYNF) In pursuance of regulation 3.1.2 of the National Stock Exchange (Capital Market) Trading Regulations Part A, it is hereby notified that equity shares of S. Kumars Nationwide Limited will be suspended from trading with effect from May 22, 2015 (closing hours of trading on May 21, 2015) pursuant to order dated September 15, 2014 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in company petition no. 177 of 2014 the Official Liquidator attached to Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, has been appointed as a Provisional Liquidator M/s. S. Kumar Nationwide Limited (In Liqn.). This circular shall be effective from May 22, 2015.
