EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR(S) SUPPLY LIST

Under the general direction of the Principal, the Early Childhood Educator partners with the classroom teacher(s) to plan and implement a full day early learning program. The Early Childhood Educator collaborates in the design of high quality and effective play-based programs and environments. As part of the Early Learning program team, s/he supports enhanced physical, cognitive, emotional and social development within the context of a Catholic learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary School Diploma; an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree; registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Education; minimum two years experience is an asset; recent experience with kindergarten age children preferred; and current First Aid and CPR certification. Catholicity, bilingualism and experience working in a school setting would be assets. Supply Early Childhood Educators must be available to work on call during regular school hours. These are casual positions with an hourly rate of $20.29 plus 4% in lieu of vacation. Applicants are invited to forward a resume to [email protected].
