Pick up an application by going to www.cpcbsa.org/campstaff. • SW Washington (Battle Ground, Camas) 2. Fill out application and take it with you to the interview date. 3. Leave your application with interview personnel once you have interviewed with all camps you are interested in working for.

We are Seeking: Motivated, enthusiastic persons age 14 and up, male and female, to fill positions such as: • Medical officers (18+) • Lifeguards • Trading post managers and staff • Horse riding instructors • Scoutcraft skills instructors • Maintenance staff • Merit badge instructors • Camping and hiking instructors • Archery instructors (18+) • Rifle range instructors (18+) • Nature instructors • Food-service cooks and staff • Staff-in-Training (volunteer youth staff) • Volunteer adult staff • Program staff • And more!
Minimum Age Requirements: Day Camp: 14 by June 15, 2017 Age 14 can serve at day camps only and only as volunteer staff -in-training. Age 15 can serve as full-time, paid staff at day camps.
Resident Camps: 15 by June 15, 2017 Age 15 can serve at overnight camps as a volunteer staff-intraining. Age 16 and up can serve as full-time, paid staff at any camp.

Camp staff work with Scouts and adult leaders in a variety of roles that will challenge, test and develop their self confidence, leadership skills and self esteem. Summer camp staff jobs are excellent resumebuilders. Staff receive a salary and, if hired at a resident camp, room /board.
