Brunswick Recreation Center Summer Camp Information Camp Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Early drop-off available beginning at 7:30 am and after care until 6:oo pm at no additional cost.
Weekly Enrollment Members Non Members $140 per week $230 per week Purchase a yearly membership to the BRC for your child and save up to $90 per week on Summer Camp fees!
Fees include hot lunch, snacks, workshops, and field trips. Enroll today at the Rec Center’s front desk
Payment must be received by 4:00 pm on the Sunday preceding the week of camp enrolled.

W e e k 1 : May 30-June 2 Kon’nichiwa! Our vacation adventure begins with South Asia as we celebrate “Chinese New Year’s” with dragons, fans and fortune cookies. Then we head to Japan to enjoy some video game fun!
Week 2: June 5-9
Week 3: June 12-16
Namaste! At our next stop we’ll have a rainbow of fun as we celebrate India’s “Festival of Colors”. We’ll enjoy a week of music, dancing, face painting, henna art, tie dying and play Ga-Ga ball.
Travel with us as Bonjour! we play “Amazing Race” in honor of the “Tour de France.” Next we’ll take a trip to the park for a picnic to celebrate “Bastille Day”. Then it’s off to Paris for “Fashion Week” for a design challenge and fashion show!
Week 6: July 3-7
Week 5: June 26-30
Hello! We make a quick stop back home to take time to celebrate “Halloween” like no other country with costumes and plenty of candy. Then a visit from Bricks4Kidz will help us build landmarks out of Legos!
Guten Tag! We arrive here just in time to celebrate “Octoberfest” with pretzels, root beer and fun activities. A stop at Mapleside Farms and Jump Park top off our stay.
Week 9: July 24-28 Arrg, this week we are all pirates of the Caribbean as we sail to the islands and search for buried treasures. We’ll join the Alo! islanders to celebrate the festival of “Carnival” music, crafts, with games and prizes.
Week 4: June 19-23 How do you do? On this trip we are treated like royalty! Everyone is a prince or princess at our Royal Gala. Then we’ll join Scotland Yards and become a detective like Sherlock Holmes and solve a camp mystery.

Hola! Next we travel to Mexico in time for “Cinco de Mayo”. We’ll have a fiesta with plenty of music, piñatas', Mexican hat dancing, and photo booth fun! During our stay we will make our own maracas and more.
Heita! Now we jet to South Africa and celebrate “Braais Day” with a picnic and traditional games and crafts. Then it’s time to go on safari at Spring Mist Farms and visit a camel named “Charlie”.
Week 10: July 31August 4 Ciao! We won’t float to Venice in a gondola, we’ll have fun as we compete in gondola races. Then we’ll show off our talent in the annual Camp Talent Show!
Week 11: Aug 7 -11 G’da Mate! As we travel down under, we will experience the fun of “Australia Day” with games and crafts. The fun continues with a visit from Outback Ray and his Amazing Animal Show!
Week 12: Aug 14 -15 We’ve returned back home from our Summer Vacation travels, but there’s some additional fun left to unpack and enjoy before we head back to school.
