STAY ORGANIZED   Find your respective section ‘ICAL’ link below and open the same in your smart phones to synchronize  the settings with your default mobile calendar.    If  your  device  is  not  equipped  with  any  default  calendar,  kindly  find  the  links  to  install  a  calendar  application for further process.

        Settings can be done only to default Windows Calendar.         

  Directions to Setup   Open the respective link of your section from the pages below and agree to subscribe the  calendar.   The default notification timing is set to 10 minutes before every session.  However, for default phone calendar, the following settings changes need to be performed. 

  Android:   No Changes Required.   

Apple:   After subscription, to start receiving notifications, kindly follow the below steps:  Go to ‘Settings’ > Select ‘Mail, Contacts and Calendar’ > Scroll to Calendars and set Default  Alert Times to either “5 minutes/ 15 Minutes”.  Go to Notification Panel under settings and set the alert type as ‘Alarm’ for Calendars.  

Windows:   The following steps need to be done on your PC.

From the below links download the respective file on your PC.



Sign In to your 'Windows Live' account (home.live.com)



Click Calendar (Option available on top left corner)



Click Import and select your respective calendar file downloaded.



Sync the calendar with your existing calendar & complete the subscription with 'OK'.



The notifications occur at default time, go to options to set reminder as per your  convenience.
