The school will be holding a parent teacher evening at 6:30pm on Monday 12 February. This will be a chance to gain valuable information from the school and collectively meet your child(ren)’s classroom teacher. We have discussed the issue of student participation with Helping Hands and they have agreed to look after up to 29 students of school age on this date. A note will be sent out tomorrow morning to request parents indicate their need to have their children looked after in order to attend the session.

Canteen Canteen will start on Friday this week. The P&C runs the canteen through 100% voluntary help. If you are able to help out in the canteen at all on a Friday, help is always welcome. Information will be provided this week to new parents on the canteen - how it runs as well as items for sale. Just a reminder that in the interests of student well being, the canteen will no longer be offering fruit juices to students. This is following numerous teacher concerns about student behaviour on Friday’s following canteen. Ice blocks will be continued to be sold at the beginning of lunch on the school oval.

School Photographs On Wednesday 21 February our local photographer Martin Brady will be in to take school photographs. Martin has been our photographer for many years and his unique style results in photographs that are outstanding and personalised. Tomorrow we will be sending out the envelopes used to decide what photographs you want. Every child has their photograph taken on the day as well as class and school photographs. Family photographs are optional.
