HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR
Pay for the sponsorship outright Select the sponsorship option that is most appropriate for you, and pay for the sponsorship outright. You can pay by check or by credit card. Send a check, made out to "CCAN" to P.O. Box 11138 Takoma Park, Maryland 20913. To pay by credit card, go to KeepWinterCold.org, navigate to CCAN Staff Team, and click "Donate to this team" to pay your sponsorship.
Provide a raffle item of value equal to the sponsorship If you can provide a raffle item, we will count that as payment for the sponsorship at its fair market value (what you would charge a customer to purchase). If the value of the item is less than the cost of the sponsorship level, you just pay the difference. Work with our team to come up with an appropriate item. Item acceptance is subject to approval.
Support a team of your employees Select the level of sponsorship, and then sign your business up as a team. Invite your employees to participate in the plunge. After the plunge, you owe the difference between what your team raises and the sponsorship level you selected, if any remains. (For example, you sign up for the Snow sponsorship at $500 and your team raises $400; you'll owe $100 after the plunge.) This benefit is subject to approval and is not available in order to attain Polar Bear sponsorship level, which must be paid in full. You will be required to sign a sponsorship agreement in order to participate.
