Spectra Venue Management intends to offer a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) scholarship to a graduating high school senior in the Chesterfield County Public School system that will be attending an accredited educational institution for the purpose of obtaining a degree in the field of Venue Management, Hospitality or Tourism. STATEMENT OF INTEREST Your statement should include your reasons for wanting to pursue a college degree in the Venue Management/Hospitality/Tourism Industry, what inspired you about the industry, and your academic goals. Your statement should be 300-500 words (double spaced) in length. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and high school at the top of your statement.

Your statement should be one page (double spaced) in length. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and high school at the top of your statement.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION A letter of recommendation from three current or past instructors familiar with your academic performance and suitability for the Venue Management/Hospitality/Tourism Industry should be included with the application. The letter of recommendation should be sealed in an envelope by its author. The envelope should remain sealed when submitted as part of the application process.
