Superintendent’s Office Special John Sira, Arlene Rambush, Dean Shepard (via Skype), John Knapp, Dennis Poulin None L. Ford, B. Ellsworth, T. Reidell, K. McFarland
Mr. Sira called the meeting to order and opened with the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at 9:31 am.
EXECUTIVE SESSION John Knapp made a motion for the Board to go into Executive Session at 9:32 am to discuss issues pertaining to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular individual or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person. The motion was seconded by Arlene Rambush and carried 5-0. The Board came out of Executive Session at 12:00 p.m. with a motion from John Knapp and seconded by Arlene Rambush. The motion carried 5-0. Arlene Rambush made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:00 p.m. The motion was seconded by John Knapp and carried 5-0.
