Do you identify as transgender, trans*, nonbinary, gender fluid, or genderqueer? Have you considered physical transition with gender-affirming hormones or are you currently taking gender-affirming hormones? Are you between the ages of 14 and 24? If so, we are looking for adolescents/young adults to complete an interview about fertility and sexual health. The purpose of this study is to better understand fertility-related knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs among transgender adolescents/young adults. To be eligible to participate, you must (1) self-identify as transgender, trans*, non-binary, gender fluid, or genderqueer, (2) be between 14 and 24 years of age, (3) be interested in (or are currently taking) gender-affirming hormones for the purposes of physical transition, and (4) be English-speaking. Study visits will last 1 hour and take place at the Lincoln Park Outpatient Center (467 W. Deming). You will receive a $25 Amazon gift card for your time.
