Mosman have joined the Salt Lake City office. Steel joins Snell & Wilmer from the Kunzler Law Group. He focuses his practice in intellectual property where he has experience in patent searches, patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent infringement and enforcement opinions, trademarks and copyrights. He has experience in various industries, including semiconductors, chemical processes and compositions, aerospace structures, engine systems, electrical systems and medical devices, among others. Steel graduated with a B.S. from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. Mosman focuses his practice on business litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, business competition torts, claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, nationwide class action cases, intellectual property litigation and various construction litigation matters, including construction defect and mechanic’s lien claims. He worked at Snell & Wilmer’s Los Angeles office prior to transferring to the firm’s Salt Lake City office. Mosman graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. Sean M.
