In this connection,the Federationadvisesthe affiliates to study the recommendationscontainedin the report, identi& the aberrations,anomaliesand send the samewith appropriate suggestionsfor examinin! the sameat this level. The VIIth Central Pay Commission has recommendedfor abolition of various allowances. affiljates may also examine the logic behind abolition and send their commentsjustifuing that the lhe abolition is unwarranted(example: Break Down Allowance). The affiliates should continue to agitate againstretrograderecommendationsin order to build up movement at field level. Brief meetings may also be held for highlighting on negative recommendations.
