Qualifications

High School diploma required; school secretarial and/or receptionist experience preferred; ability to deal effectively with the public in giving and obtaining information; ability to operate standard office machines and equipment, including proficiency in computer applications required; skill in organization and detail; experience in handling/coordinating multiple projects; good teamwork skills required; Notary License preferred
