คาดวากําไรจะเพิ่มขึ้นใน 2Q60F แตนา จะต่ํากวาประมาณการเดิมของเรา เราคาดวากําไรสุทธิของ SCI ใน 2Q60 จะอยูที่ 34 ลานบาท จากขาดทุนสุทธิ 4 ลานบาทใน 1Q60 และ เพิ่มขึ้นถึง 438% QoQ แตวาแมผลประกอบการจะดีขึ้นทั้ง YoY และ QoQ แตก็ยังต่ํากวาประมาณการ เดิมของเรา เนื่องจากรายไดจากงาน EPC ของโครงการสายสงไฟฟา 500kV เฟสที่ 1 (มูลคา US$417 ลาน) ลดลง หลังจากที่รัฐบาลลาวตัดสินใจทบทวนแบบของโครงการ ซึ่งทําใหงาน EPC ตองหยุดชะงัก ลงชั่วคราว เราคาดวารายไดจากงาน EPC จะลดลง 51% QoQ เหลือ 150 ลานบาท แตอยางไรก็ตาม เรา ยังคงคาดวารายไดจากธุรกิจการผลิตและขายสินคาจะฟนตัวขึ้น 32% QoQ เปน 370 ลานบาท เนื่องจาก บริษัทเริ่มรับรูรายได 850 ลานบาท จาก backlog การขายสินคาใหกับ กฟผ. และ กฟภ. ตั้งแต 2Q60 ใน ขณะเดียวกัน เราคาดวาอัตรากําไรขั้นตนจะเพิ่มขึ้น QoQ จาก 10.5% เปน 16.3% จาก margin ที่เพิ่มขึ้น ของธุรกิจการผลิตและขายสินคาเพราะการแขงขันในตลาดไมรุนแรงเทากับใน 1Q60 ปรับลดประมาณการกําไรสุทธิป 2560/61F ลง 59%/20% เราปรับลดประมาณการกําไรสุทธิป 2560 ลงเหลือ 181 ลานบาท และปรับประมาณการป 2561 ลงเหลือ 524 ลานบาท หลังจากที่เลื่อนการเซ็นสัญญางาน EPC สองโครงการใหญ คือโครงการ PDSR เฟสที่ 2 (มูลคา US$67 ลาน) และโครงการสายสงไฟฟา 500kV เฟสที่ 2 (มูลคา US$306 ลาน) จาก 1H60 ไปเปน 2H60 และปรับลดสมมติฐานรายไดจากงาน EPC ของโครงการสายสงไฟฟา 500kV เฟสที่ 1 ในป 2560 ลง ทั้งนี้รัฐบาลลาวกําลังอยูระหวางทบทวนรายละเอียดของโครงการสายสงไฟฟา 500kV ทั้งสองเฟส วา จะขยายขนาดสายสงหรือไม ซึ่งทําใหการกอสรางตองเลื่อนออกไปกอน แตอยางไรก็ตาม หาก คณะรัฐมนตรีตัดสินใจวาจะปรับขนาดสายสงไฟฟา มูลคาโครงการก็จะเพิ่มขึ้นอีกประมาณ 10% จาก แบบเดิม โดยเราคาดวารัฐบาลจะตัดสินใจขั้นสุดทายภายใน 3Q60
