Special Board Meeting Monday, August 27, 2007
The meeting was held in the Conference Room of Niles North High School located at 9800 Lawler Avenue, Skokie, Illinois.
I. Call to Order and Roll Call Board President Robert Silverman called the meeting to order at 7:03 a.m. Board members present at Roll Call: Sheri Doniger, Ruth Klint, Robert Silverman, Lynda Gault Smith.
II. Approval of Consent Agenda It was moved by DONIGER and seconded by GAULT SMITH to accept the consent agenda. A roll call vote was taken. Voting Aye: Doniger, Klint, Silverman, Gault Smith. The motion carried. Included in the consent agenda: −

Authorize the administration to pay $22,578.85 to the Niles Township Property Tax Appeals Cooperative for efforts undertaken on behalf of Niles Township High School District 219 in the property tax appeal arena.

Execute a five year contract with Pepsi General Bottlers IL.LLC to provide beverages used in the vending machines located on District 219’s premises.
