TIM SCHROEDER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Local/$500 Status: Senior Boy and Girl Applicant must have a minimum of 3.00 GPA, participated in school athletics, demonstrate a strong desire to learn and succeed, plan to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited university, technical college or trade school. Need two letters of recommendation, one from a school employee and one from a community or family member. Applicant must turn in application including their letters of recommendation and list of school activities, work, volunteerism, and any other activities that should be considered in the selection process. Application is in the Guidance. Deadline to turn into Guidance is APRIL 4, 2016

GENE BRITTON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP Award: $500 Criteria: Graduating senior from Appleton East, North or West high school who attended Einstein Middle School for at least one year and who is planning to pursue a degree in education. University of Wisconsin Fox Valley Scholarships Variety of Scholarships to apply for. UW-Fox Valley scholarships range from full-tuition (2-yr) to partial tuition (1-yr). Vietnam Veterans of America-Appleton Area, Chapter 351 Richard T. Nuske Memorial Scholarship Student's parent, grandparent, or great grandparent or guardian must have served in the US military between 1/1/59 and 5/7/75, in any branch of service, anywhere in world. Proof of service statement must be included. The student must be accepted or enrolled in a postsecondary school of higher learning. Student must be a U.S. citizen and a permanent resident. Some requirements include application form, transcripts, proof of service statement and essay. **Please see scholarship application for complete guidelines. Janice M Scott Memorial Scholarship Applicant must be a US Citizen or permanent resident of US, GPA of 3.0 or higher, senior who will attend an accredited four-year college or university with in the fifty states or District of Columbia. Student must have demonstrated leadership abilities through participating in community services or extra-curricular activities. Combined adjusted income of the parents cannot exceed $50,000. Application is in the Guidance. Postmarked on or before March 31, 2016.

WISCONSIN CATTLEMEN’S/WOMEN’S SCHOLARSHIP The Wisconsin Cattlemen’s and Cattlewomen’s scholarship is available to any high school senior enrolled or planning to enroll in any university, technical college, community college in the United States, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Agricultural Short Course Program. Must have a background in the beef, veal, or dairy industry. Applicants must be a resident of Wisconsin. Preference may be given to WCA/WCW member’s children and grandchildren and WCA/WCW junior members. Preference may be given to those majoring in an agriculture-related field. Preference may be given to those students attending a Wisconsin school. Application is online at www.wisconsincattlemen.com. Applications must be post-marked no later than March 7, 2016.

Casa Hispana Scholarship The recipient of this award must be of Hispanic/Latino origin (50% minimum) and reside in the Fox Valley Area or Green Bay Area. GPA of at least a C.
