Saviro Air Duct Board Saviro Air Duct Board is a rigid thermoset phenolic foam board sandwiched between two layers of reflective aluminium foil. The external layers are autohesively bonded to the liquid phenolic resins as they set in the manufacturing process. Saviro Air Duct Board contains no fibers, is CFC and HCFC free, and has zero Ozone Depleting Potential. Saviro Air Duct Board is suitable for use in all applications as pre-insulated air conditioning ducting. Weight, time and cost savings compared to traditional duct methods can be considerable.

Saviro Air Duct Board is available with 180 micron galvanized or painted steel on one side of the board to afford added protection to ducting over its operational life. Flanges, joiners, brackets and angle accessories, are available to fit and assemble the 20mm and 30mm duct panels. Other board sizes and surface finishes are available on request.
