SAPPE มองบวกต่ อแนวโน้ มการเติบโตปี นี้ ผลการดาเนินงานของ SAPPE ยังฟื้ นตัวได้ดีในปี 2560 โดยรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น 2% แม้วา่ การบริ โภคเครื่ องดื่น ในประเทศจะลดลง 3% โดยปั จจัยสาคัญมาจากการออกสิ นค้าใหม่ และการอัดโปรโมชัน่ ทางการตลาด ผ่านช่องทาง below the line channel เพือ่ เข้าถึงกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้ าหมายโดยตรง บริ ษทั บอกว่าจะยังคงใช้กล ยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเหมือนเดิม และจะออกสิ นค้าใหม่เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่ งคาดว่าจะทาให้รายได้โตประมาณ 5% ในขณะที่ธุรกิจส่ งออก (65% ของรายได้) ทรงตัวในปี 2560 เนื่ องจากการส่ งออกไปจีนลดลง (สัดส่ วน รายได้จากจีนลดลงเหลือแค่ประมาณ 5% ของมูลค่าการส่ งออกจากประมาณ 20%ในปี ก่อนหน้า) แต่การ ส่ งออกไปตลาดอื่นๆ เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมาก โดยอินโดนี เซี ย +13% ในขณะที่สหรัฐ และยุโรปโตถึง >20% ทั้งนี้ จากฐานรายได้ที่ต่าของการส่ งออกไปจีน การออกสิ นค้าใหม่ก็น่าจะช่วยให้การส่ งออกโตได้ถึง ประมาณ 15% ดังนั้น รายได้รวมจึงน่าจะโตได้ 10%/8% ในปี 2561/62 เพิม่ amping up the business of All-Coco เราคาดว่าบริ ษทั จะใช้สิทธิ์ ซ้ื อหุ ้นเพิ่มอีก 11% ใน All-Coco เป็ น 51% (จาก 40% ในปัจจุบนั ) ในเดือน ตุลาคม 2561 รายได้ของ All-coco เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมากจาก 150 ล้านบาทเป็ น 350 ล้านบาทในปี 2560 เนื่ องจากมีการเพิ่มจานวนร้ านค้าปลีก และมีการผลิตแบบ OEM เพื่อส่งออกด้วย สาหรับธุรกิจใน ประเทศ บริ ษทั เปิ ดสาขาเพิ่มอีก 13 สาขา และขยายอีก 2 แฟรนไชส์ ที่เกาหลีใต้ และสหรัฐ ในปัจจุบนั รายได้ประมาณ 80-85% มาจากการผลิต OEM ซึ่ง margin ต่า ในขณะที่รายได้จากธุรกิจค้าปลีกคิดเป็ น สัดส่ วนประมาณ 15-20% สาหรับในระยะต่อไป SAPPE มีแผนจะเพิ่มสัดส่วนสิ นค้าที่มี margin สูงมาก ขึ้น โดยเราคาดว่าการรวม All-Coco เข้ามาไว้ในงบรวมจะทาให้รายได้ของ SAPPE เพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 2.5-3% ในปี 2561 (ภายใต้สมมติฐานว่าเริ่ มรวมงบหลังเดือนตุลาคม 2561) หรื อประมาณ 12% ในปี 2562 ในขณะที่คาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ All-Coco ในปี 2561/62 จะอยูท่ ี่ 20 ล้านบาท/50 ล้านบาท (เพิ่มขึ้น จาก 2.5 ล้านบาทในปี 2560) มีเงินสดก้ อนโตในมือพร้ อมสาหรับการลงทุนครั้งใหม่ เพือ่ สร้ างการเติบโตในระยะต่ อไป หลังจากขายการลงทุนในอินโดนีเซี ยออกไปแล้ว ฐานะทางการเงินของ SAPPE ก็แข็งแกร่ งยิง่ ขึ้น โดยมี เงินสดในมือถึง 1.1 พันล้านบาท ซึ่ งบริ ษทั จะใช้ซ้ือหุ ้นเพิ่มใน All-Coco และใช้เพื่อการขยายกาลังการ ผลิตในปี 2562 ปรับเพิม่ ประมาณการกาไรปี 2561/62 ขึน้ 8%/7% และปรับเพิม่ ราคาเป้าหมายปี 61F เป็ น 29 บาท เราปรับเพิ่มประมาณการกาไรปี 2561/62 ขึ้นอีก 8%/7% จากการปรับเพิ่มสมมติฐาน GPM ขึ้นอีก 20bps และปรับเพิ่มส่ วนแบ่งกาไรจาก All-Coco เป็ น 20 ล้านบาท/50 ล้านบาท (จากเดิมปี ละ 5 ล้านบาท) เนื่ องจากกาไรของบริ ษทั มีแนวโน้มชัดเจนกว่าหุ ้นอื่นในกลุ่ม F&B เราจึงปรับเพิ่มคาแนะนาจากถือเป็ น ซื้ อ และให้ราคาเป้ าหมายปี 2561F ที่ 29.0 บาท (อิงจาก P/E ที่ 20x) Risks SG&A เพิม่ ขึน้ อุปสงค์ ในประเทศหดตัว และการส่ งออกชะลอตัวลง. Sappe (SAPPE) is a manufacturer and distributor of innovative beverages aimed to satisfy health-and-beauty-conscious consumers. Its products are divided into four categories; i) functional beverage, ii) fruit juice/juice drink, iii) functional powder, iv) RTD in coffee. Fruit juice is the largest contributor at around 65% of total revenue. SAPPE’s products focus on export, currently around 65% of toal, mainly to Asia.
