Standard High School Events with 15 minute break after the 50 free

Entry Limits:

A max of 4 swimmers for the 200 Free, 200IM, 500 Free A max of 2 relays for all relay events Unlimited entries for all other events Entries will be seeded slowest to fastest according to time.

USA IDs:

This meet will be USA Observed. Swimmer’s USA IDs should be included in the entry file if they have one. IDs will not be added after the entry deadline so please make sure IDs are included and correct.

Entry Fee:

$12 per swimmer entered

& 2 canned goods/nonperishable items per swimmer. Food donations will be given to the Round Rock Area Serving Center. Make checks payable to “RRHS Swim Team Booster Club” Mail check ahead of time or bring check to meet Entry Deadline:

Wednesday, October 18th, 12:00 PM. Late entries will not be accepted Only Hy-Tek Entry files will be accepted

Scoring:

standard 8 place scoring will be used. Relays are double.

Awards:

Team Awards Girls 1-3, Boys 1-3. Medals and Ribbons for places 1-8. Awards will be available for pickup at the end of the meet.

Scratches/Relays:

All scratches and relay changes must be turned in to the computer table no later than 8:15

Concessions:

Concession stand will be available during the meet.

Seating:

Seating is limited, so please bring your own chairs. There is room to set up canopies for teams that want to bring them. Seating areas are on a first come, first served basis. Pool gates will open at 6:30 in the morning. No early set up allowed.

Timing:

Each team is responsible for supplying one timer for the duration of the meet. Timing assignments will be included with the warm-up info. The meet will not proceed until all teams have supplied their timer. Colorado touch pads and timing system will be used.

Parking:

Please park all buses on Grisham Drive (the street behind/east of the pool). Buses are not allowed in the student parking lot. Parent/Spectator parking is allowed in the pool lot.

Heat Sheets:

Will be for sale at the pool for $2 each

Hospitality:

hospitality will be available for coaches, meet officials and meet personnel.
